2 Layer Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1 lg can pumpkin pie filling 1 cup cold milk
2 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding mix 1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 TBS sugar
1 TBS  milk 8 oz. cool whip
1  pie crust, baked

Preparation   

  1. Bake Pie crust until browned & allow to cool
  2. Mix together pumpkin, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, 1 cup milk, & pudding mixes
  3. Mix well
  4. Combine 1 TBS milk, 1 TBS sugar, &  softened cream cheese
  5. Stir until smooth & add 1 1/2 cups cool whip
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of prepared cooled crust
  7. Spread pumpkin mixture over cream cheese mixture
  8. Top with remaining cool whip
  9. Chill for several hours before serving
