3 Layer Peach Pie

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo 2 cups plain flour
1 cup chopped pecans 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar 8 oz Cool Whip
1 box fruit Jell-O 1 cup hot water

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 sticks oleo, 2 cups flour, & 1 cup pecans
  2. Make a crust in bottom of pie pan
  3. Bake at 350° until brown
  4. Let cool
  5. Mix cream cheese & powdered sugar
  6. Fold in Cool whip
  7. Place on top of cooled crust
  8. Mix Jell-O & hot water until smooth
  9. Let congeal, but not too firm
  10. Pour over cheese mixture
  11. Place in refrigerator until it sets
