3 Layer Peach Pie
Ingredients
2 sticks margarine |
2 cups plain flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
8 oz cream cheese |
2 cups powdered sugar |
8 oz Cool Whip |
1 box fruit Jell-O |
1 cup hot water |
Preparation
- Mix 2 sticks oleo, 2 cups flour, & 1 cup pecans
- Make a crust in bottom of pie pan
- Bake at 350° until brown
- Let cool
- Mix cream cheese & powdered sugar
- Fold in Cool whip
- Place on top of cooled crust
- Mix Jell-O & hot water until smooth
- Let congeal, but not too firm
- Pour over cheese mixture
- Place in refrigerator until it sets
