Cherry Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk | 1 can sour cherries, drained |
1/4 cup lemon juice | 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped |
12 oz. Cool Whip | 1 graham cracker crust |
Preparation
Combine milk & lemon juice. Blend well. Fold in drained cherries, pecans, & 1/2 of Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell. Chill for at least one hour (more if needed). Top with remaining Cool Whip when ready to serve.
