Chocolate Chess Pie
Ingredients
2 cups sugar | 2 1/2 tbs. cocoa |
2 tbs. flour | 1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 small can evaporated milk | 2 tsp. vanilla extract |
3 eggs, beaten | 1 pie shell, unbaked |
Preparation
Beat eggs & add melted butter, milk, & vanilla. Sift together cocoa, sugar, & flour. Gradually add sugar mixture to egg mixture. Mix well & pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
