Crunchy Corn Casserole


1 can whole kernel corn 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream-style corn 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 well beaten eggs 2 Tbsp. margarine
6 oz. shredded cheese 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 (2 oz. jar) pimento 6-8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
corn chips or potato chips, slightly broken


Fry bacon crisp and set aside. Mix other ingredients except chips and pour into casserole dish. Crumble bacon on top, then spread chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
