|2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and quartered||Water to cover|
|1/4-1/3 cup milk||1/2 tsp. salt|
|1/4 cup margarine or butter||Pinch of pepper|
Place peeled and quartered potatoes in medium sauce pan. Barely cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
