Egg Custard

Ingredients

1 cup sugar 3 TBS flour
3 TBS margarine, melted 3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla 1 large can pet milk
1 or 2 TBS canola oil

Preparation

  1. Mix a cup sugar & 3 TBS flour in blender
  2. Add melted margarine, eggs, vanilla, & pet milk
  3. Mix 30 seconds
  4. Use canola oil to grease pie pan & then sprinkle with flour
  5. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
