Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell, uncooked 3 fresh peaches, sliced
3 eggs 1 cup sugar
2 TBS flour 1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 TBS vanilla

Preparation

  1. Blend eggs, flour, sugar, & melted oleo together   
  2. Place sliced peaches in bottom of pie pan
  3. pour egg mixture over peaches
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
  5. DO NOT OVERCOOK
