Key Lime Pie
|1 graham cracker pie crust||4 egg whites|
|4 egg yolks||1 Tbsp. grated lime rind|
|pinch of cream of tartar||1 can sweetened condensed milk|
|1/2 c. lime juice|
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Stir in condensed milk and lime juice, blending well. Add grated rind. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill well before serving. Top with whipping creme.
