Lemon Icebox Pie


Graham Cracker crust 2 eggs, separated
1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Cool whip (optional)


  1. Beat egg yolks & lemon juice
  2. Add milk
  3. Beat egg whites & fold into mixture
  4. Pour into graham cracker crust
  5. Chill well before serving
  6. Top with cool whip if desired
