Mystery Pie
Ingredients
3 beaten egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1
tsp. vanilla extract
23 rolled (crushed) Ritz
crackers
1/2 pint whipping cream
2 TBS instant cocoa
1/4 stick oleo
Preparation
Beat egg whites & sugar until stiff
Fold in remaining ingredients except whipped cream & cocoa
Place in Buttered pie plate
Shape to sides & bottom of plate
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes
Cool
Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream with 2 TBS instant cocoa
Use to top cooled pie
